Union Members Urge Yes Vote on Proposition 50 in California

Thousands of unionized workers have launched an intense campaign in favor of voting “yes” on Proposition 50 in California’s special election in November. The measure, promoted by Governor Newsom and the state’s Democratic majority, seeks to counteract Republican gerrymandering in Texas designed to give the GOP an advantage in next year’s Congressional elections. Alejandro Maciel spoke with some of the key players and brings us this report from Los Angeles.
