Alza tu Voz / "Speak Out" is a youth project that provides basic radio production training offered by Radio Bilingüe in Salinas, California. The youth produce this weekly music and talk show which broadcasts from the studios of KHDC 90.9 FM Radio Bilingüe for audiences in Monterey and Santa Cruz counties.
