On the third day of the federal government shutdown, Democrats and Republicans are debating in front of audiences over who is responsible. The president and Republicans accuse Democrats of seeking healthcare coverage for undocumented immigrants. Democrats deny this, however, and are demanding the reinstatement of subsidies for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid.
