State Emergency Relief. California Governor Newsom this week is preparing an executive order to harden communities from wind-propelled wildfires and urban firestorms. Also, Newsom ordered cutting more red tape to streamline permitting laws to speed up the rebuilding and recovery work for survivors of the LA area fires.
