“You Have Arrived in Hell” is the title of a recent investigation published by human rights organizations in the United States and El Salvador. The report documents torture and abuse committed against a group of Venezuelan immigrants sent by the United States to a mega-prison in El Salvador in exchange for a payment of several million dollars, although the prisoners were later deported to Venezuela.
