The suicide of the 11-year old Jocelyn Rojas Carranza, who felt powerless in the face of threats of deportation of her immigrant parents by other students, has generated a wave of indignation in Texas. Amid silence, inaction by school authorities and harassment against immigrant communities, community and human rights groups will march through the streets of Dallas, Texas, on Sunday, March 30.
