Mexico Proposes Economic Wellbeing Summit at Latin American Forum

During a whirlwind visit to the ninth annual meeting of Latin American and Caribbean leaders, Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo proposed a summit on economic wellbeing. Faced with the new reality of the world economy, she called for unity and cooperation in human migration, and to act in defense of migrants. She also spoke out against the blockade of Cuba and Venezuela. Citlali Sáenz reports from Mexico City with the details.
