President Donald Trump has received the Supreme Court’s approval to limit mail-in voting under the pretext of preventing alleged electoral fraud, for which there is little evidence. This is despite the fact that elections in the United States are administered by the states, not the federal government. Critics of the measure — which is temporary — say it is an attempt to disenfranchise voters of color, who tend to favor Democratic candidates. José López Zamorano reports from Washington.
