Breast Milk Donation Lends Vital Support to Vulnerable Babies

To feed premature or medically vulnerable babies, some hospitals rely on breast milk voluntarily donated by lactating mothers. In California, a milk bank is seeking volunteers statewide to help maintain its supply. Recently, they organized an event in Fresno, where María Cortez spoke with a donor. She brings us this report.
