A senior woman faced complications after failing to enroll in Medicare on time

After decades working in cleaning jobs, a retired Latina with health issues endured an ordeal in Colorado for not enrolling on time in the federal health insurance program for older adults, known as Medicare. Experts warn that many similar cases exist across the state and that federal cuts could worsen the problem. Rossana Longo-Better spoke with her and brings us her story from Denver.
