Following the Supreme Court ruling, Republicans in Congress have introduced a wave of initiatives aimed at limiting birthright citizenship. Now, Republican Governor Greg Abbott has signed an executive order to combat what he calls “maternity tourism” in Texas.

ICE: Widespread Violence. A new report documents systematic and widespread civil rights abuses by immigration agents across eight states during Trump’s second term. Of more than 1,200 incidents examined, over 400 involved excessive force, racial profiling, intimidation, and abuse by federal, state, and local authorities. What else does the report say?
