What message does the United States send to the world when it slashes its humanitarian aid?

USMCA on Shaky Ground. North America accounts for 30% of global GDP and is the most active region in international trade. But can this economic powerhouse hold together if the White House continues to impose tariffs on its partners? Four years after its signing, the USMCA is under strain, facing tensions that threaten its promise of regional integration. Are we witnessing the beginning of the end for this strategic alliance? Can the agreement withstand current turmoil? Will member nations seek new partnerships?
