Latino Vote Could Decide Whether California Redraws Its Electoral Maps – A recent poll suggests Latino voters in California could decide whether five congressional districts are flipped in favor of Democrats during the special elections on Tuesday, November 4. In the final stretch of campaigning, the “Yes” vote is in the lead, although activists are still working to convince undecided voters. Various national leaders are involved in that effort, as Rubén Tapia reports from Los Angeles.
