Mexico, Canada, and the United States have begun the review process of the USMCA, which is expected to last for months, to determine whether the agreement will be extended, renegotiated, or left in limbo. In other news: as the United States tightens its commercial and oil restrictions, social organizations in Mexico are ramping up efforts to send humanitarian aid shipments to Cuba.
