PROGRAM #11008 12:00 PM PT
Mexico Edition.
Heading into 2026, Mexico will face pivotal choices on economic policy, public security, electoral reform, and the launching of a universal health care system, as President Claudia Sheinbaum’s governing project enters a phase of consolidation. The Plan México aims to place the nation among the world’s ten largest economies, alongside a tense renegotiation of the USMCA with the United States. Adding to the moment is the World Cup, which will further intensify trilateral relations among the U.S., Canada, and other countries.
