Mexico: Families Unite Against Border Killings

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21
PROGRAM #10966 12:00 PM PT
Mexico Edition.
An organization of relatives of Mexican nationals killed by the U.S. Border Patrol on Mexican soil has brought together families from both sides of the U.S.–Mexico border and filed a petition before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. They are seeking truth and accountability in these cases, as well as systemic reform to end the impunity surrounding human rights violations committed by U.S. border and immigration agents. These and other news are examined in this week’s edition.
