Although the president urged Republicans to seek changes through the legislative process, Latino community leaders are relieved and confident that this outcome will encourage voters to turn out for the November 3rd election. Support Networks Spring Up After Double Earthquake in Venezuela – A week after two earthquakes struck Venezuela, the death toll continues to rise, as does the pressure to clear the rubble before time runs out. Thousands of miles away, the Venezuelan community in Florida is organizing rapid-response networks to send tons of humanitarian aid. Diana Montaño reports from Miami.
