Supreme Court Reaffirms Right to Citizenship for Children of Undocumented Immigrants After more than two months of deliberations, the Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional President Donald Trump’s executive order denying birthright citizenship to the children of undocumented immigrants or temporary visitors. Although the president urged Republicans to seek changes through the legislative process, Latino community leaders are relieved and confident that this outcome will encourage voters to turn out for the November 3rd election. Support Networks Spring Up After Double Earthquake in Venezuela A week after two earthquakes struck Venezuela, the death toll continues to rise, as does the pressure to clear the rubble before time runs out. Thousands of miles away, the Venezuelan community in Florida is organizing rapid-response networks to send tons of humanitarian aid. Diana Montaño reports from Miami. Support networks have also been set up in other states across the country. In Colorado, for example, a fund has been established to help the earthquake victims.
