In the Face of Adversity, Music is a Ray of Hope

With New Year’s celebrations just around the corner, the season may be marred by fear and anxiety for many immigrant families who face uncertainty about the coming year. However, amid adversity, there have always been songs and singers whose music inspires and gives us the strength to cope. This is precisely what Valeria Fernandez observed during a gathering at a small ranch outside of Phoenix. She brings us this report.
