Radio Bilingüe presents a special production exposing how reproductive health restrictions and expanding maternal care deserts are reshaping pregnancy and birth for Latina and immigrant women in the United States. Supported by the Pulitzer Center, we travel across South Florida and Texas to document how laws—compounded by language, income, distance, healthcare coverage, and immigration status—translate into tough choices, delayed care, and increasingly limited options for women.
