To help minimize environmental impact, many are calling to celebrate the holidays with sustainable holiday meals. Chefs and restaurant owners who practice plant-based dishes and sustainable dining join this program to talk about their environment- and health-conscious gastronomy, their healthy, sustainable menu and how they encourage sustainable farming.
