Climate change is threatening the world’s food supply and the way growers are producing food is contributing to climate change. To help minimize environmental impact, many are calling to celebrate the holidays with sustainable holiday meals. Chefs and restaurant owners who practice plant-based dishes and sustainable dining join this program to talk about their environment- and health-conscious gastronomy, their healthy, sustainable menu and how they encourage sustainable farming.
