Fostering Creative Writing in California’s Central Valley

For the past year, once a month, a group of people of all ages has been gathering to learn the art of storytelling in California’s Central Valley. They aim to build a creative community of writers, filmmakers, and students that reflects their own life experiences. During the most recent workshop, María Cortez spoke with several attendees and tells us about their experiences from the city of Fresno.
