For three days, master musicians, artisans, dancers, and tradition bearers from communities across the region brought Fresno to life. Radio Bilingüe was there to broadcast their voices, stories, and sounds — from Chicano, Native American, and Oaxacan expressions to Armenian, Hmong, Afghan, and Punjabi traditions.
