Deadly ICE Raids Scrutinized by the Public and Congress

Two fatal shootings involving ICE agents in less than a week have sparked a nationwide wave of protests and calls for an independent investigation. In both cases, authorities acknowledge that the two people killed—a Mexican man in Texas and a Colombian man in Maine—were not the targets of the operations.
