Love, Your Mind. Despite ongoing efforts to make clear that depression and anxiety are not simply passing bouts of sadness, many mothers continue to experience these symptoms without support. A new campaign is highlighting that the problem goes beyond medical care. What are the biggest challenges facing Latina and Black mothers? What is this new initiative about? Why are so many women still falling through the cracks? And why are Black and Hispanic mothers at greater risk while receiving less care?

Guest: Laudy Burgos, Clinical Social Worker and Professional in Perinatal Mental Health, New York, NY.
