Border Wall Construction in Presidio, Texas, Under Fire

Residents and officials in Presidio, Texas, are questioning the border wall construction pushed by President Trump, fearing it could increase flood risk in this predominantly Latino town on the banks of the Rio Grande. A federal judge rejected a request to temporarily halt construction of the wall, while the project continues without approval of a final design.
