Judges Block Trump’s Radical Immigration Measures – In response to President Donald Trump’s intensified crackdown on immigration and crime, including new executive orders and plans to militarize cities, federal judges have blocked the full implementation of his agenda. Politicians and activists have denounced the government’s policies as authoritarian actions that could have serious consequences not just for immigration, but also for the country’s social, political, and electoral agenda. Lawsuit Filed Against Redistricting in Texas – The new congressional map of Texas, approved by the Republican majority there, has sparked political debate across the state. Latino leaders have filed a lawsuit to suspend what they believe is an illegal modification of voting districts. They argue that the measure seeks to dilute Latino and African-American representation and, in turn, weaken the Democratic vote in the 2026 midterm elections. Mariana Pineda reports from Houston.

Latino Families Supported after Mega Raid in Southern California – A month and a half after a mass immigration raid on two agricultural camps in Ventura County, California, the affected families are still struggling to recover. With the support of activists, family members of the more than 200 immigrants detained are getting help with food, rent, and legal services. Alejandro Maciel spoke with affected families and activists, bringing us their testimonies from the city of Oxnard, located about 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles.
