Latino Family Attacked by ICE in San Bernardino Prepares Lawsuit – Last week, a group of masked federal agents fired shots at a car carrying an immigrant businessman, his son, and his son-in-law. The attack occurred when the driver accelerated away from an immigration checkpoint after the officers refused to identify themselves and broke a car window. The affected family is preparing a lawsuit, according to Alejandro Maciel, who reports from San Bernardino, east of Los Angeles.
