Natalie Orozco-Santiago

Natalie Orozco-Santiago has taken many roles at Radio Bilingüe over the years, including evaluations coordinator, development associate and grants administrator. Now, as business and grants administration director, she handles all things business: such as overseeing the organizations’ finances; payroll and human resources; grants, contracts, reporting and compliance; as well as leases. Natalie started working for Radio Bilingüe in 2001, after volunteering with the organization as a youth. She grew up frequenting the original Radio Bilingüe station with her parents, who were both volunteers in the early years of the organization.
