Addiction Treatment Resources to Be Cut in California

The cuts to Medicaid included in the mega budget package will begin to be felt next year. In California, this program for low-income individuals, called Medi-Cal, will also cut resources to help people with addiction treatment. Daniela Rodríguez spoke with activists and experts concerned about this impact, especially in rural areas, and brings us this report from Fresno, in California’s Central Valley.
