The General Election Is Crucial, Even More So Locally

The presidential election is upon us and as you know early voting is underway throughout the country, many citizens have already cast their vote, but there are others who have not yet done so. Remember that your participation is very important because one vote can make a difference.

María Reyna Lemus, a public health specialist and political campaign consultant, who is also the district director of Assemblyman Joaquín Arámbula, explains why it is important to vote in this election.

She stresses that at the local level it is more evident the impact your vote will have, so exercise that power.
