The appointment of hardline security officials is seen as a clear signal that his plans are serious. Colorado River’s “Pulse Flow” Temporarily Restores the River Delta – More than a century ago, the Colorado River, which flows into the Gulf of California, was navigable. Alejandro Maciel has the report.
