Mexico’s Paisano Program has officially started, and Mexican authorities are preparing to receive thousands of emigres who cross the country to visit their families during the December holiday season. In more news: The Mexican Senate has approved a package of laws regulating judicial reform, which includes, among others, a court to discipline unscrupulous judges and a faceless judges initiative to protect judges from organized crime.
