Latinos, the New Face of the Deadly Fentanyl Overdose Crisis

The overdose death rate from fentanyl among Latinos hadn’t been very high, but this is changing. According to recent data, the number of fatal overdoses among Latinos and other ethnic groups is increasing. Why is this happening? Why are opioids so addictive and dangerous? Chelis López (CL) discussed these questions with expert researcher, Dr. Noa Krawczyk (NK), on the national program Línea Abierta.
