Latinos represent 20 percent of the U.S. population
Latinos represent 20 percent of the U.S. population and according to a UCLA study, every 22 seconds a Hispanic becomes a potential voter either because he or she turns 18 or becomes a citizen. Latinos have driven the growth of the country by 70%, and their vote is key in states such as Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and North Carolina.
Currently a project has been launched to reach what they call the new majority, it is called “The Million Voters Project”, that is, The Million Voters Project seeks to get out the vote for the November 5 elections.
