The California philanthropic organization, Latino Community Foundation, revealed that among Latino voters, housing, the economy, a path to legalization for the undocumented and guaranteeing abortion rights are issues that concern them, according to a survey conducted by this organization in 5 congressional districts in the state of California, where the races are key to determine which party will control the U.S. House of Representatives next term.

In some districts, Latino voters are in the majority.

Eduardo Garcia, Policy Director of the Latino Community Foundation, explains what the poll is about and also talks about the impact.
He also says that with the survey they learned more about the profile of the voters and their concerns.

He indicated that as an organization they are promoting the vote.
Eduardo Garcia, details that economic issues and how it affects their pocketbooks and the cost of housing are the main ones.

How Latino voters perceive that the candidates do address the issues that concern them.

He says what they have seen from voters, particularly on the issue of abortion, which was thought to be more conservative.

Another point that Latinos and Latinas are in favor of is the immigration issue, let’s hear from Eduardo Garcia.
