Colorado Voters Called to Solve Housing Shortage Crisis

To address the critical shortage of affordable housing, Colorado voters will weigh in on a ballot measure known as Proposition 123. If it it passes, a small portion of property taxes will be dedicated to building rental units and helping low-income people with down payments.
