Californians to vote on environmental bond proposition 4 among others

In the election that is already underway and culminates with the vote on Tuesday, November 5, the California electorate will vote for several propositions, one of them is Proposition 4, which would issue $10 billion in bonds to pay for improvements to drinking water, state and local parks, and is said to protect the state against flooding and other environmental projects in low-income communities or those affected by climate change and disasters.
