In Florida, Who Will Take Care of Children Whose Parents are Deported? – Dozens of children in Florida have happily received backpacks and school supplies for the back-to-school season. But behind this atmosphere of celebration is their undocumented parents’ constant fear to be deported and separated from their kids by the looming threat of the severe anti-immigrant law enacted in the state last year. To alleviate those fears, a charitable organization is offering legal guardianship for these children. Diana Montaño reports from Miami with the details.
