A little more than four months after the fires in Los Angeles, California, families are slowly recovering, most homeowners are beginning to rebuild, however, some of the victims, mainly undocumented, have taken a little longer to return to normalcy.

Araceli Martinez, a reporter in Los Angeles, reports that reconstruction has already begun.

Araceli Martinez, Reporter in Los Angeles says that those who did not participate are now being asked to complete their removal and cleanup projects.

The reality is that these fires changed the lives of many people, let’s hear what my colleague Araceli Martinez shares.

Araceli Martinez comments that there were families who moved out of state and some did not even have support.

Our reporter, Araceli Martinez, points out that this happened especially with those people who do not have documents, because they did not request or access support.

Araceli Martinez assures that there are several stories of people without documents who cannot return to normality after the fires earlier this year.

This is funded in part by the American Red Cross.
