William (Bill) Bach
Chief Engineer
Bill Bach grew up in Seoul, South Korea where he took interest in amateur radio and spent his free time communicating with the world on his ham radio. After earning his degree in electrical engineering, Bill served 15 years as broadcast systems engineer for the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), a nationwide public broadcasting corporation. After moving to California, he took a job with ABC TV-Channel 30 in Fresno before joining the Radio Bilingüe team. Bill has been working as Radio Bilingüe’s Chief Engineer since 1998. He supervised the construction of several of Radio Bilingüe's stations and, with help from consulting engineers, maintains all 25 of Radio Bilingüe’s FM stations in the Southwest.
