José Moran

José Moran is the Director of Broadcasting with Radio Bilingüe. He serves multiple roles in the organization: as educational radio campaign manager, network administrator, traffic coordinator, and trainer of youth producers. He was also the project manager for Radio Bilingüe’s series “Conéctate – Closing the Digital Divide for Latinos” for many years. José joined Radio Bilingüe as an on-air volunteer at the age of 17 and continues as the popular host of many weekly programs, including Rock en Español and Alter Latin music. He is a member of the Punk-Ska band Basura and a promoter of Alter Latin concerts in the Fresno area.
