José Leal

José Leal is originally from the border community of Santa Rosalía, in Tamaulipas, Mexico. He has lived in Rio Grande City since 1980, where he has worked as a general contractor. As a custodian for Radio Bilingüe, José takes care of the grounds at KXJT 88.3 FM, Radio Bilingüe’s station serving the Rio Grande Valley.
