Latino Vote in California Districts Could Decide Congressional Balance

California has 52 seats in the US House of Representatives, and among them, only a dozen are for Republican legislators. In this election cycle, there are close races for several seats that, if won by the Democrats, could help them regain control of the House. Alejandro Maciel spoke with voters and activists about efforts to mobilize the Latino vote in two of these races and brings us this report from Los Angeles.
