Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has announced 18 measures to strengthen the national economy after the global trade war kicked off by Trump on April 2nd. Although the U.S. president has excluded Mexico and Canada from tariffs on goods produced under the free trade agreement (T-MEC), tariffs of 25% remain on automobiles, aluminum, steel, and beer.
