VOTERS WRONGLY REMOVED NOW RETURNED TO FLORIDA’S LISTS – Florida’s Department of State will notify more than 2,000 voters who were wrongly identified as non-citizens that they can participate in November’s presidential elections. A large number of the voters that were wrongly erased from the registration records are Latinos, in a state that is crucial for the presidential elections. Javier Aparisi reports from Miami.

POPULAR SINGER OF MEXICAN MUSIC TURNS 100 YEARS OLD – One of the most popular singers of traditional Mexican music turned 100 years old this year. Martín Becerra was the lead singer of the Trío Guayacán and the duet Martín y Malena, both popular in 1940s Mexico. After moving to Los Angeles, Becerra became a memorable voice in that city as a radio personality. Don Martin shared some of his memories of his productive artistic career on Radio Bilingüe’s national talkshow Línea Abierta. Ruben Tapia reports from Los Angeles.
