Frances Aportela is a 17 year old student attending Alisal High School in the City of Salinas, California. Frances is being recognized as a “Teen That Rocks” for her dedication and hard work in the Office of Student Leadership at Alisal High School. Frances has improved both her education and behavior. She would like to get a degree in Auto Mechanics from the Universal Technical Institute in the City of Sacramento. Once she finishes with her studies, she would like to return and assist her father’s with his business.
