The Obama administration allowed extra time to enroll in the insurance market for those who were standing in line at the time open enrollment ended March 31. In these extra days, the number of people who have signed up rose to more than 7.5 million. Still, consumers continue facing technical glitches and long lines. Experts advise listeners to seek help from certified conuselors to make sure the enrollment is finish on-time to avoid paying any penalties.
