A POST-ELECTION CALL TO BIPARTISANSHIP – With the backing of a large portion of women, youth, Latinos, and African-Americans, President Barack Obama was re-elected to a second term. The House of Representatives remains under the control of the Republicans, but the Republican Speaker of the House and the Democrat leader of the Senate spoke for the first time in years of finding common ground. José López Zamorano reports from the nation’s capital.

MORE LATINO FACES IN CONGRESS – More Latinos than ever before will go to Washington to represent their districts in the new Congress. Samuel Orozco spoke with Arturo Vargas, executive director the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO), about the Latino candidates who won on November 6th.

DELAY IN VOTE COUNT IN FLORIDA – Florida is still counting votes. The delay in the count once again put a spotlight on problems with the electoral process in the state. Florida voted for President Barack Obama and will now have more Democrats in Congress. Javier Aparisi reports from Miami.

MORE THAN 400,000 BALLOTS UNCOUNTED IN MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ  - Florida is not the only place where ballots are still uncounted. A record number of more than 400,000 ballots-by-mail and provisional ballots are still uncounted in Maricopa County in Arizona. The office of the county Registrar of Voters did not make the number of uncounted ballots public until a group of activists protested. It appears many of the ballots may have been cast by new Latino voters, and opponents of Sheriff Joe Arpaio say without counting all the votes, it’s not clear whether the Sheriff won or not. Valeria Fernández reports on the controversy.
