“Pell Grant for DREAMers.” An alliance of bipartisan leaders created the largest college scholarship fund in the nation for undocumented students. The fund will award full-tuition college scholarships to 1,000 students in the next academic year. In this program, advocates also discuss news about applicants for deferred action and actions in Congress to give youth a path to residence and citizenship.
